Covid 19 Updates

Covid 19 Update June 9, 2021

Archbishop Blair, together with his brother bishops from the Dioceses of Bridgeport and Norwich, has announced that effective Saturday, May 22, 2021, beginning with the Vigil Mass of the Solemnity of Pentecost, the dispensation from the obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation will expire and not be renewed.

Additionally, in alignment with guidelines provided by the state of Connecticut, beginning on May 19, 2021, Archbishop Blair has stated that parishes within the Archdiocese of Hartford can reopen to 100% capacity with no need for specific social distancing, returning to pre-COVID-19 procedures and routines with certain exceptions. Those exceptions and all new directives for liturgies in Churches of the Archdiocese of Hartford can be read here: https://archdioceseofhartford.org/new-directives-for.../
